Hi I’m Eliot, and I’m on a mission to transform your personal and professional life.
With a degree in psychology I’m a communication professional by trade, and have a deep passion for personal growth. Although this passion and curiosity was always there, personal hardship and pain really propelled this journey for me. I overcame these tough times and came out the other side stronger than ever.
I believe that personal growth is the most important path you can choose; as it impacts all aspects of your life – both personal and professional.
I’m excited to share what I’ve learnt, and trust that it will truly impact your potential and happiness in a lasting and meaningful way.
Who do I learn from?
I’ve spent over a decade living in London, some time in the USA and now live in Austria. I have had the privilege of working with Amazon, BMW, Carlsberg, Canon, Google, H&M, Kellogg’s, Spotify, Skype, Unilever to name a few. I studied management and psychology and am passionate about personal growth, communications and all things digital.

I am not a therapist or coach. I’m a communications professional. My approach is pragmatic, relatable and to the point.

On a personal level I’ve consulted hundreds of clients, started my own businesses and have been through challenging times. I have experienced failures and have found ways to overcome these.
